  • Shipping & Delivery
  • With "Standard Shipping" your artwork will be shipped with insurance via Fed Ex Ground or UPS. Vanessa Lenz Gallery ships merchandise worldwide. There may be an additional surcharge for shipping to some countries. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. Please allow 4-6 weeks for your artwork to arrive


  • International
  • Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.

    Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. Vanessa Lenz Gallery is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.


  • Return Policy
  • It is the goal of Vanessa Lenz Photography to ensure that our clients are 100% satisfied. If for any reason, you are not absolutely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund, less shipping and handling charges, by notifying us within seven days of your receipt of the artwork. The artwork must be returned in the same condition as it was received or the client will be charged the full purchase price or a fee for repair.
